We are relocating to Norwich this year and have just landed a place to rent on Rosary road. We really like the property, lots of space.

Have a few questions

1. Parking- I know it's permit, but how hard it is to park round the area?
2. Safety- Mixed opinions on whether the area is safe at night or not?
   Any discussion would be helpful thank you!
