Ich wohne in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Ein Handwerker hat vor 2 Tagen Ventile an unserer Warmwasserleitung getauscht. seitdem dauert es einige Minuten bis Warmwasser ln den Wohnungen ankommt. Ich habe nachgeschaut im Technikraum und beobachtet, dass die Umwälzpumpe heiß (ca. 50C) ist aber die Leitungen auf beiden Seiten sind lauwarm und alle Ventile sind offen. Was könnte das Problem sein?

Vacation home with an in ground fiberglass saltwater pool. I’d like to leave the winter cover on with the pump and salt cell running all summer except for a few weeks when I’m there. Goal is to keep out debris and keep water losses down and just have someone control the chemicals once a week and clean when necessary.

Is there any reason not to keep the winter cover on during the warm months? Is there a risk of damaging the pool shell or anything other than wearing out the winter cover?

Edit: 1. it’s a windy area and the summer solar cover lets in dust and pine needles. 2. I have solar panels and the pump runs for free.
