What settings to have ASHP at?

Hi!

We recently got our ASHP fitted. Generally really happy however, we have become obsessed with making it as efficient as possible.

First question - what should our weather compensation look like? I have put some photos to show what it looks like atm.

Second question - I believe our heating is not on constantly and rather cycles on. It might because of unit is slightly too big, I saw recommendation on Reddit to put it water heating on eco mode to help with this. Any other suggestions?

Thanks again for all the help! And apologies in advanced if they seem like stupid questions - please explain like I’m 5!

ASHP bill - none of it makes sense!

Hi, looking for some advice please.

We had a new ASHP fitted last month. We have a 3 bed house with an EPC rating of high C. We are on economy 7.

I was checking our costs everyday (as obvs very intrigued) on the app and smart meter and all seemed good (picture 1 and 2).

However today we got the £250 bill. I have enquired this with our energy provider and they said everything seems correct. Checking our outdoor meter the kwh usage does seems similar to bill, but I have asked for them to look into it further.

Can I have some advice on what to do next?! Just seems crazy high?? What can I do to lower my costs (aka change flow rate or what tariff would you recommend).

I spoke to our supplier and he said that seemed really high. I also have friends in the local area supplied with the same ASHP, in a similar size house and theirs is around £150 a month.
