Hello,

I'm visiting Philly, and I found a street parking space, it says 12HR PARKING 8:00 am - 8:00 pm MON-SUN (Fee must be paid during above posted hours). I've registered in the park mobile app, and selected 12hr, it didn't charge me anything for this zone. I'm ok to leave the car here after 8 pm? I'm planning to pick it up at 10 pm, but I need to make sure I'll be ok.
