He started doing this every other day for a week now. There are urine in the litter box so probably not obstruction

Little dots on CMOS - GFX 100SII
I got a second hand GFX 100SII a month ago, and I noticed that the CMOS has these little dots shown here (visible if lit up from a certain angle, but almost existing across the entire CMOS). I tried to use wet and dry swabs, but don't seem to be going away. Is this an issue and is it salvageable?
