Josh Sharma: Stanford Basketball Star
Josh Sharma is a former Stanford University basketball player known for his impressive performances as a 7-foot center. A four-star recruit from Massachusetts, he joined Stanford in 2015 and developed into one of the Pac-12 Conference's top big men.
His greatest achievement came in the 2018–19 season when he led the Pac-12 in field-goal percentage and set a Stanford single-season record by shooting 67.3% from the field. He also earned Pac-12 Honorable Mention honors and was named Pac-12 Player of the Week twice.
Josh Sharma is the son of Jayant Sharma and Henrietta Cooper. After graduating from Stanford, he continued his basketball career professionally in Europe.
