Not sure if this has happened to anyone else in here but my apartment’s doorknob gets stuck about every few months and whether the apartment is locked or unlocked, the knob won’t move and I have to open the door using my key EVERY SINGLE TIME. So if I don’t have the key, even if the door is unlocked, I can’t get in.

Does anyone have a locksmith they recommend or ideas on how to fix this? I put in a maintenance request but the maintenance group can’t come until July 6th.

Any recommendations are welcomed. Thank you.

Can anyone provide insights on cleaning out the filter on the AC vents? Mine seems to be filled with dust and I’m new here and wondering what the process is for replacing a filter or at least cleaning the vent out. Thanks in advance.
