Suggestions for reducing lag on Neoforge 1.21.1 server

Hello, I am hosting a server for a group of my friends and the lag was pretty consistent and disruptive.

Some players had it worse than others, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do on my end but one player just kept timing out entirely.

Generally speaking, the lag was mostly moderate block lag, entities moving sporadically (mobs) and occasional rubber banding.

I'd love to hear some advice on how to reduce the frequency and or intensity of the lag.

The world is pre-generated in a very large radius, and the modpack *is* quite hefty but ideally trimming would be a last resort for helping the problem.

I'll attach a spark profile and two crash logs we had earlier in the night with a population of around 6-7.

Thank you for reading!

[PC] [2010] Old chatroom game where you convince the game that you're not a robot.

there was this old youtube video I saw years ago of a play through of this game and cannot find it or remember the name at all T_T

its a pretty small game, just literally a singleplayer chatroom where you talk to a bot with preprogrammed responses, but there were a lot. it was stylized like an old terminal, black background with green text and scanlines.

the goal was to convince the game that you are NOT a robot, as it takes place in a post apocalyptic setting where robots killed out most of humanity. the game feeds you lore as you talk to the other person, but at the end you convince the game you are indeed a real person and they want to meet up. its then revealed that you actually ARE a robot and you kill who you were talking to in a pre-rendered cutscene.

im 100% sure this is a real youtube video but a little less sure its an actual game or was just made to look like one for the video, but it wasn't by a popular youtuber or gamedev as far as I know, it was just a seemingly earnest playthrough.
