...That they sent you, in response to you inquiring seriously about bad treatment during an in-person event?
Rather than apologize or explain themselves, they just sent you more rudeness via PM?
Did you report them and get a result? Or something similar to that?

I am currently applying for a job in which a certain certification is "preferred, but not required." I had the certification they are looking for between the years 2005-2009 and haven't had it since.
My current position - same field of work as this desired position - had the exact same "preferred, but not required" wording on their job description, and they hired me anyway.
When I applied for my current job, I gave my current employer a resume with most "relevant experience" first. I even stated that at the top: RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. I stated my most recent employer, and then jumped way back to my old certifications from 2005-2009, and then some extra more recent ones, that I thought were relevant to the position, enough to fill two pages. Looking at it now, I think maybe it was a mess, but I was reading advice from the internet. :) One point stuck with me: Employers don't want to read anything past a couple of pages, and likely won't bother.
The friendly HR person, whom I now like, took a rather confrontational and skeptical tone with me I was a little offended by in the interview, almost as if she was wondering if I had something to hide. She asked "Why didn't you state your most recent experience first?" In so many words, I told her, "Well, because that is no relevance whatsoever to this position, but I would be happy to provide with you with a multi-page full resume full of everything I have ever done, way past 10 years, in perfect reverse order."
I left that interview assuming I could cross this place off the list. I didn't feel like I impressed her much, and didn't expect an offer, but I got one.
So what is your guys' advice for how to format a resume, when the experience they want is too many years ago, and you want to keep your resume readable, 1-2 pages? I now have more relevant experience from this current job, but those old certifications are very worth mentioning. Should I just go ahead and mention those old certifications in the cover letter only? They are so old, I'm sure the supervisors and managers no longer work there, and even the names of the places have changed, I know that for sure.
I tried to file around February 5. Snail mail. The paperwork I had to fill out had an outdated address. It was in limbo at the post office for weeks before being sent back to me. Finally got it faxed over immediately to the right place March 11. It is still in limbo, now in mid May. I call weekly to discuss status of the claim. It's moving at a snail's pace. There are updates, admittedly.
It looks like they finally have everything they need from everybody. Can't tell you how many delays there have been because they needed something from my employer, then something extra or different from my doctor.
Last update, a few days ago: They sent a request over to some place to see exactly how much to pay me. The wording was different but that's basically it, in plain English. I said, "Great, when did they do that?" Operator: "Today."
That has happened twice - a few days ago and in late April - that coincidentally, there had been movement on my claim earlier on the exact same day I called for an update. :)
It makes me wonder if they pay these operators to bullsh*t people.
We'll see what happens...
