I still have no food noise, and surprisingly still zero side effects. I’m down to 216.3lbs today from my last update at 243lbs. My dose has not changed and stayed steady at 5mg because the rhythm is working for me - grateful for the energy and the headspace this has cleared up.

I started February 3rd of this year weighing 260lbs at 2.5mg for 4 weeks, then switched to 5mg.
