Reverse-Engineer a Recipe from a Closed Restaurant

This is a photo of a dish I ordered back in 2017. I remember the dish as "Whiskey Barrel Dip", an absolutely delicious chip dip appetizer at a pub known as "The Vault 29" in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. It had a spicy, cheesy, sort of tangy flavor to it. The way it complimented the tortilla chips and pita bread slices is unlike anything I've had since. I've managed to find a picture of the menu describing it, mentioning some of the ingredients, but not all. If anyone has any idea what the recipe may have been I'd love your input!

Here's what the menu described it as:
Whiskey Barrel Dip
Try our dangerous Jalapeno and cheddar dip, topped with panko, parmesan, and fresh herbs, served in three oversized crispy onion rings, with pita bread slices and tortilla chips.

Edit: The dip was served hot

Who do you recommend for hydraulic cylinder repair? Bobcat S650 - leaking seal and possibly bent rod

Bobcat S650 and one of the lift cylinders has started leaking pretty badly around the rod seal. It also doesn't seem to retract quite as smoothly as it used to, so I'm wondering if the rod might be slightly bent as well. (had some rough use over the last year taking out some rocks and stumps and it had some hard contact a couple months ago to the rod)

Can anyone recommend a reputable hydraulic cylinder repair shop locally? Ideally I'm looking for a place that can rebuild the cylinder with new seals and check whether the rod is bent

General question

So on the walking trail that follows the old railroad tracks there are stop signs at every crossing for you to stop and wait for the traffic to stop. So why does every single person using the trail insist on walking out into traffic and then yell at the cars? I understand that at a regular cross walk pedestrians have the right of way but putting a stop sign at these locations would suggest that they are required to stop.

New to roller skating

Hi guys,

I recently bought roller skates and was wondering where I can practice with them. I'm new to this, so my concerns are about having smooth paving - so if I fall, I'll live 😅 Also, I'm afraid of hurting people passing by in case I fall. Thank you 😊

P.S. I know there was a similar post here 5 years ago, but it's been a while, so maybe something has changed

Construction on Carleton St. Bridge pier?

I'm wondering why there seems to be construction happening in the middle of the Saint John River on one of the piers of the former Carleton St. bridge? Sorry I don't have a photo! But wouldn't it be great to have a second walking/biking bridge. The Westmorland St bridge is pretty dismal on foot or on a bike.

I’m 29 and a proud dad to a beautiful daughter. I’m looking to meet someone special, but dating apps haven’t been kind since there aren’t many people nearby. What Dating app are u all using? Thought I’d see if my luck changes!

Are there any strawberry stands in town?

I know the farmers market will have tons but also wondering if there are any little stands around town? Sometimes you see people just selling them on the side of the road. If anyone is set up selling berries, drop a location!

Nashaawak tubing

Does anyone know if nashaawak tubing rentals is open this year? I’m pretty sure it’s not but I have a family friend coming from BC and they really want to go. If not, is there anywhere else we can go tubing?

This is not a yield or a stop sign.

The amount of people that treat this as a yield or stop sign is insane. That lane on the right is your lane. You don’t need to stop in the middle of the road.

Looking for female personal trainer

Hey all. Looking for recommendations for female personal trainers in Fredericton. I'm looking for someone on the south side as I work at the hospital and live near Nasonworth.

It looks like the YMCA may even have decent prices, has anyone had success there?

Main goals would be losing 15-20lbs, gain some muscle/get stronger and healthier and lean out.

Nb power

I’m wondering on these very hot days. What nb power will do when we have to conserve power. Will they a . Shut off residential power oe b. Ask these new Data centres to use generators.

This is what’s happening in the states right now now. And this is just the beginning on these data collection centres. Collection is the key word.
