So, I was just trying to change my chat style from Soft Launch to Pipsqueak 2 when the entire 2 month long chat got reset to the very first message, and now I have the old format of chat syles with Pipsqueak 1 instead of 2? I use the website, and I am particularly pissed about having my entire chat log reset (especially since I was right in the middle of an intense plot). What in the hell happened?!

(Also adding, I'm a c.ai+ member, and this is officially the nail in the coffin that is making me quit subscribing and move platforms.)

Update: I also cannot submit a ticket because the support desk says to "check my email to verify and submit [my] support ticket", but no email has been sent to me.

Update 2: The UI format has returned to the new intended setup with Pipsqueak 2, but my chat logs are still reset/deleted.

Update 3: The UI reverted to Pip1, again. I have no clue what the hell it is doing, but I would like some answers. It is also bugging out and only allowing new chats to be made instead of switching the chat styles.
