Can anyone help me identify this leather?

Hello!

I began to get bags of random leather scraps to use for binding books. I was really lucky that in my first bag there was a large piece of leather that was shiny and fairly thin, with some elasticity to it. I have yet to find another bag that had anything close to this in any usable size, which means it's time to stop gambling with the scrap bags. I just have no idea what type of leather this is and therefore can't shop for it. Any assistance would be appreciated!

This first and second images is a remaining scrap from the leather. The third are two small scraps that were in another bag that have a similar finish. The fourth is to show the differences in thickness.
