Can’t login to AXS account
Hi guys!
I bought a couple of tickets for tomorrow’s show in Stockholm but for some reason I cannot login into my axs account.
I’ve tried a number of things, including resetting my password. After resetting the password and trying to login on the app it says that password or email are incorrect (even tho I just changed my password). On the website it says that we should contact assistance but due to being a “Swedish account” support does not work on weekends.
What should I do in this situation? Anyone else with this problem? I heard that this happens when you buy the ticket in another country. I can’t find anyway to get my tickets…
I’m getting a bit frustrated, looking for any tips. Thanks in advance…
UPDATE: Just went to the the ticket office and everyone was really nice. They got my tickets printed out for me!
