Obuda university Stependium Hungaricum that's for visa

Hello everyone! since everyone here are still waiting for tempus final decision, im very anxious for what is better option for me SH or tuition free based university in Germany(only first year blocked acc parental financial help)

I cant decide between those two on one hand SH is free education and financial support but hearing from hungarians on how's life in Hungary is like(high inflation, poverty, restricted lgbtq rights, extremely hard language and job market) I feel discouraged.

On other Germany feels like perfect option to live akd legalize after graduation but my parents don't really want to pay the 12000 euro blocked account.

P.s im part of LGBTQ community so I want just to feel safe
