Equity - Resulting or Constructive Trusts
Hi all, is it risky to only do one of the above? I can’t for the life of me wrap my head around constructive trusts.

Hi all, would be grateful if anyone could let me know what topics came up in the equity March 2026 paper.
This has been going on for nearly two days and I’m getting a bit exasperated with the back and forth. I understand that people have lives and are not sitting on Vinted all day but I feel it comes to a point where you either want the item and buy it or not.
The buyer sent an offer on one item that I accepted then asked what other items i had instead.
If they’re a new member and perhaps don’t understand how to check out/check other listed items I understand but man please just make up your mind
Does anyone have any advice as to how approach equity? Is it similar to constitutional where you can’t afford to leave out any topics? Is the examiner fairly generous?
Anyone have an up to date equity grid? Or any general advise on what topics to focus on for this sitting? TIA
Any recent equity manuals available?
Wondering if a prep course for equity is worthwhile? I have notes from college and an old manual but unsure if an up to date prep course would be good? If so, any recommendations TIA
Hi all, what’s the general consensus if a small practice offers you a TC but said they’re not going to pay for PPC fees? I know they’re not required to pay for them but being offered minimum wage as well on top of it is making me think it over.
Selling Law Society Manual and legislation for property.
Pm me if interested :)
Hi guys, thinking of doing prep for constitutional and equity. Any recommendations? I’ve heard Maura in Law school is good. TIA
