It wasn't there during a new night either. Knew they were bugged but the timing was quite unfortunate.

[Gen 4] Shiny Mareep after over 180 hours.
After 180 hours for one phase and completing multiple other hunts on other files I finally found my pink sheep after evolving my first one from my SBQ. I am getting married tomorrow and this is truly an amazing gift before the big day.
