TODAY IS MY DAY! 😁

Everybody wish me luck!

UPDATE SURGERY WENT WELL! NO GAS PAINS...I've walked a few times..primarily to the bathroom because every 20 mins I've got up and went to the restroom and this has been since about 8:30am maybe a little longer cuz I was pretty loopy from the anesthesia. Thank you everyone for the prayers and being welcomed! I appreciate you all..

Surgery May 18th

A week from today, I will be having my sleeve surgery. It's all came upon me so fast. I'm not nervous, but anxious. The unknown is my silent stressor. I has a hysterectomy 2 years ago and didn't really have any pain...is there any comparison between the pain?

Today, I started my day 1 pre-op liver reduction diet. I'm excited, but this diet is definitely going to stink....any suggestions or tips to make the transition more smooth from eating normal to protein shakes, protein bars, and water??

Hello All! I'm 48f and my current weight is 255 and my height is 5'2". My surgery date is May 18th. My 2-wk liver reduction diet is purchased ($145) through my nutritionist within the program. I was wondering if anyone experienced this for their 2-wk liquid diet? Also, are there any tips/tricks that have made the first week easier? I think this is going to be my "speed HUMP". I think about it and it makes me so nervous. It was EXCRUCIATING to quit smoking my nicotine vape. I'm sure my husband was about ready to file for divorce, because I was such an A$$hole. Ugh...other than that, I can't wait til surgery day!

Has anyone had a hysterectomy and then sleeve surgery? Was the pain comparable? I thought I was going to need a walker after my hysterectomy, and it was the exact opposite. I was up cleaning and walking up and down stairs the same day.

Sorry for rambling...I'm just excited...ty
