Well, Season 8 and 9 is where it seems to all come back around like a boomerang, where old grudges and vendettas get acted upon and carried out.
I honestly stopped watching after learning that KeKe passed away and observing the family discord shared online following her death.
I don't own any Canvas Beauty, not do I follow Stormi, but I'm not surprised she stopped taping in Season 9 and left the show. It was written all over Courtney's face!! Glad that she is on another CK production. And yes there is room but I think it's bananas that Tisha, Melody and Destiny all came up with skin balm smoothie or lotions a la Stormi's Canvas Beauty while on the show.
It is insane to watch how it all came back around full circle from the start.
Is it possible that Melody + Martell were both Narcissists that were married to each other?? That they both loved the look of their family unit in public and it made them feel superior to others?
The post Divorce madness has stunk up the show and held it back with all of the negativity. I do understand that the show and exposure help pay bills but peace of mind should rank supreme and Martell and Melody should have left after Season 6 or 7.
Their War of the Roses and Get Back at the Comeback Group members just made them both look bad. Toxic bile spilled all over. You can see how others were used and brought on the show to facilitate their agendas to ruin others.
The Scotts!! Kimmie always gave Pick Me(isha) isms. I'm glad she survived Cancer! But her husband, Maurice, still calling it a Health Scare, speaks volume of how little space he allowed Kimmie's Cancer to take up or inconvenience his needs. His walking off leaving her to manage his Ex + her Partner to discuss co-parenting of her step child was wild! The boys feeling they have been treated differently by their parents... sad.
Marsau and Tisha... they will never admit cheating on camera!! I cannot believe this house or manor is still not finished, heavens! They will Divorce maybe one day but will we the audience ever know why exactly... doubt it. They are boring as it pertains to a reality TV arch and storyline. They cannot carry the show alone.
Destiny coming back and immediately being faced with Moses and Sunni... weird. It was clear as a viewer there were issues regarding who brought them onto the show and who was willing to film with them.
What a damn mess! It got exhausting as a viewer. Sunni, when she would speak, was very vindictive in her tone about her and Moses. I mean hell, her and Destiny look alike or on a similar order in facial appearance and Sunni plotted her whole situation and to be talent on the show. Going so far as to have dumb and dim Moses violate his probation to film the show in Alabama vs stay in Missouri. Don't want to see them again.
The Fletchers are interesting. I like an older couple that are saged with adult children to display a different dynamic on the show.
I'm only on S 10 ep 5 so I am still catching up.
Tricia and her Big Man live in boyfriend and the husband that crashes out 85% of his time on camera... Tired and exhausting.
She is not good at acting or lying at all.
It just comes off like the Big Man is being used for the show, her business and taking care of her children.
She is HARD to watch as it always seems very manufactured.
And the children are always nearby when the clashes occur too! Nope nope nope!
Martell dying and vying to get Arionne aka Coleslaw on the show to film on a TV show his ex wife still produces... is beyond bizarre. Get your own Spinoff Martell!
None of them are strong enough for spinoff shows!
It may be time for the show to end but I'll come back and post after finishing up the latest season, 11?
Carlos King, the leads have to stop circling the drain and trying to embarrass each other on camera, it's been a damn DRAG for 5 seasons now!
This show is or has ended up just like Real Housewives of NJ, with the Teresa + Joe vs Melissa + Joe. It stalled the show and broke it.
So long to Tiffany + her man, Ms. Wanda, Melody's Momma, and Dr. Vanita.
And a sincere Rest in Peace to KeKe.
