Finished a 9 day dry fast! Down 27.6

What’s your stats?: I’m 29, female & 5’7
Did you exercise?: no I didn’t.
Was it hard?: no, I didn’t shower for those 9 days but I did wash my face, wash my hands & brush my teeth.
Did you see any results?: yes I did. My stomach got so flat and my SKIN got SOOO clear & smooth. Literally no more acne.
Did you tell anyone?: no I didn’t. Only my fellow redditors.
Any cons during your fast?: YES. Only two.
No matter how many times I put moisturizer on, my skin was DRY and flaky and so itchy. Only on my body though, not my face. And the white tongue and the sticky nasty breath really was annoying lol. Even with a tongue scraper.
What’s your refeed plan?:I currently don’t have one as I’m jumping straight into a water fast. Will be sipping a few ounces every hour for the first two days then will drink water normally after.
How long will you be on your water fast for?: I will be on it until at least May 27 then I’ll figure out a refeed schedule.
I did dry fast before it’s posted on my page and I maintained my dry fast weight for a long time but I started eating my feelings again due to heartache and loss and ballooned up. I ate my last meal on May 7 which consisted of McDonald’s and 2 bottles of water and went cold turkey the next day. My original goal was 9 days which I did but I really wanted to do 14
Days but I have too many events coming up so I let it be. I had support from a fellow redditor to keep me accountable so that was fun.
