High turn over rate?

2.5 months into my apprenticeship I’ve seen 5 people get fired in my company. IMO they were asking for it, then again maybe I’m overthinking it. Do you often see people get fired left and right in this field? The company is about 22 men deep and 10 are apprentices. 4 months ago the company handed over management to a new master plumber were all under.
