Karshigudda opened on Aranya Vihaara — we’re trekking it this Saturday 🌿
If you’ve been checking the Aranya Vihaara portal recently, you might have noticed Karshigudda, Chikkamagaluru has newly opened for bookings.
We are heading there this Saturday, 22 August.
And since we’re already travelling to Chikkamagaluru, we’re making it a 2-day combo:

🥾 23 Aug — Merthi Gudda
Two different trails, one weekend in the Western Ghats.
Honestly, I’m more excited about Karshigudda because it’s one of the newer trails on the portal and not something you see mentioned as often as Kudremukh/Netravati/Gangadikal.
We’re taking a small group this weekend and have a couple of spots left.
🌧️ Monsoon + Chikkamagaluru + a newly opened trail = pretty hard to say no to.
Forest permit registrations are being finalised today, so we’re closing the list today.
