Can’t tolerate side effects anymore

I have been on Busporine for the last 8 weeks. I started with 5 mg twice a day and for the last 6 weeks I am on 10 mg twice a day.

It helped to calm my thoughts and gave me more energy until week 6 and I was very happy that finally something has worked. It was a good feeling after trying several SSRIs and nothing worked but they all had terrible side effects.

After 6 weeks on Busporine, I started to have some serious symptoms. I experienced insomnia, dizziness, constipation, cramps in the legs and most importantly foggy brain.

I tried to stick to my dose assuming it will go away but it didn’t. Finally I reduced the dose to half and feeling much better. I am going to see my doctor in 3 weeks.

After some research, I concluded that not many people have this symptoms and it may be my sensitivity to the medication.

Just wanted to check with folks if anyone had the similar symptoms to help me with more information about it before I see my doctor.

Thanks

Avoid Route Car Rental at Montreal Airport

We booked a car for rental with Routes through Expedia and had a terrible experience which I want to share and do not want anyone else to go through the same.

While we arrived at their office for pickup, and waiting in line, we saw a couple from Florida being asked to provide copy of their car insurance. They said it’s not with them. Agent asked them to call their insurance company and have them talk to them.Apparently customer was frustrated as this is not something usually asked for.

In the meantime when we spoke with the agent, the agent asked us to provide passports. I said we are Canadian and I have my picture ID which is a driver’s license, the agent said NO we need another picture ID.usually we don’t carry our passport for domestic travel but luckily we had them hence good. Then agent asked us to provide copy of the insurance, said all drivers in British Columbia have insurance through ICBC and mine covers rental car. She did not agree. Then I said my credit card covers rental cars, when somehow agreed. Further, she said we can’t take car out of Quebec, I argued that it was not mentioned when I booked it. She further argued that it is there in the fine print and not showed me. Another customer who was there had the same surprise. The agent was rude and lacked basic manners to help customers.

We were told then that car is ready. I saw lots of scratches and broken taillights and said that will you not do a walk through with us and document it. She said NO I have sent you a video. I said how we both agreed that these are the damages today? She said you should be fine. We had lost energy and left. We were even not told that gas is half talk and luckily I took the picture of it.

When we entered the car, it was stinking and dirty.
The salt from winter season was visible on the mats.

Anyway we came back to return the car and guy said you should have returned it with full tank of gas. I said NO see the picture of the gas dial, he agreed that they missed taking a note of it.

In their office on the day of return there was a virtual fight going on in a private room with a customer who was shouting at them that they have destroyed their plans, I don’t know exactly what happened but it was another person who had a terrible experience.

Just to warn that stay away from lower price and unlimited mileage that Route car rental company offers and better go with a reputable company.

Switched to 10mgx2 a day. What will be the experience

I was on 5mg twice a day for two weeks. The experience was not bad as compared to the other SSRIs which made me drowsy and numb.

After 2 weeks I felt anxiety is coming back and doctor suggested to up the dose to 10 mg twice a day. I took first dose in the evening today. Usually evening dose is not bad since I take it after dinner.

However since the morning dose is supposed to taken at the same time as last night, usually I find it difficult to tolerate. My theory is that since breakfast is lighter as compared to dinner, I get anxiety for few hours.

Any suggestions how to minimize morning dose side effects? Can I take it with lunch?

Please suggest
