I've been asked by several people to make this a separate post, so here it is.

I think that I’ve found a way for us to check if the seat cushion bottoming out is a QA issue. You can check the “date of delivery / made by” at the bottom of the seat. I feel like my seat is bottoming out as well and this has occurred after a few days of use. My order is directly from the LiberNovo website. I would suggest for anyone who does not have an issue with the seat to share a photo or details, so we can compare.
