Has anyone actually received their refund yet for flights cancelled due to the Iran conflict?
My situation:
- My original flight on March 11 was cancelled.
-Route was Dubai (DXB) → Doha (DOH) → Düsseldorf (DUS) with Qatar Airways.
- Because of the cancellation, I had to book a replacement flight with Turkish Airlines (DXB → Istanbul → Düsseldorf) at short notice.
- I requested a refund from Qatar Airways immediately after the cancellation.
- The refund was initiated, but as of today I still haven’t received any money back.
I’m curious about other people’s experiences:
- Have you already received your refund?
- If yes, how long did it take?
- If not, how long have you been waiting so far?
- Any tips on getting updates or speeding up the process?
Would really appreciate hearing some recent experiences from others affected by the Iran/Middle East disruption situation.

Ich würde meine Frau gerne mit einem nachträglichen Shooting in Hochzeitsanzug und Kleid überraschen. Da wir selber nicht in Münster wohnen, sie aber von dort kommt, haben wir damals leider keine Bilder gemacht.
Habt ihr Ideen und Vorschläge für Fotograf:innen in Münster, mit denen ihr gute Erfahrungen gemacht habt? Idealerweise sollte das ganze nicht allzu teuer sein, falls das irgendwie möglich ist 😊

Hallo zusammen,
Ich möchte meiner Weinreben die gerade auf einen rankgerüst klettert eine Rankhilfe über den Garten spannen. Habe das mal mit juteseil visualisiert. Wir würden mehrere Seile spannen wollen und an einem einzrmentierten Pfahl am anderen Ende befestigen.
Habe ihr Tipps, damit das möglichst lange hält? Idealerweise lowbudget 🥲😊
