The "best" level 9 ranged damage dealer?

I'm planning to play the following level 9 character:

Species: High Elf (for True Strike and Elven Accuracy)

Classes: 4 War Domain Cleric / 5 Assassin Rogue

Stats: Wis 18, Dex 16, Con 16 (rest are 8's)

Feats: Alert, Elven Accuracy, Lucky (allowed as a half feat)

Primary weapon: Shortbow (for vex)

Concept:

Primary aim in fights is to sneak attack twice per round.

War Cleric has the War Priest ability Wis modifier times per short rest - which lets you use a bonus action to attack (Dexterity attack) 4-5 times per short rest. You the use your primary action and reaction to ready True Strike at the end of your turn allowing you 2 sneak attacks per round.

War cleric also gives you REALLY nice Cleric spells like Bless, Guidance, Cure Wounds, Healing Word, Command, etc. But the REAL star is Prayer of Healing that takes 10 minutes to cast and gives you healing AND a free short rest to the party (thereby refreshing your War Priest ability), you also get Guided Strikes (+10 to attack roll) guaranteeing that you hit.

Given that the Assassin Rogue gets free advantage on enemies going after them as well the Lucky feat and Vex on the Shortbow, you will always get advantage on your attacks, and with Elven Accuracy (and guided strike) you never miss and crit A LOT.

So to summarise, you're doing very high damage with almost no resource costs (should be able to get 15-20 bonus action attacks per day) and also bringing EXTREME utility as both a Rogue (and all their skill proficiencies and expertise, including INSANE perception given your +5 Wisdom) as well as a Cleric (Guidance, Healing Word, Bless, Lesser Restoration, etc.) and get "free refills" from Prayer of Healing. You also get amazing Wisdom saving throws as a Cleric.

#I also really like that you don't have to walk around with 200 True Strike scrolls on you (Scroll Thief), use the massively overrated CME (you lose a level 5 spell slot and your entire first round of battle) or do extreme weapon juggling to be viable as this would get immediately shut down at my table.

My questions:

  1. Are there any flaws I'm missing in the build or how it functions and executes? Any thoughts on how to optimise it further? The main thing I was thinking is that its AC isn't great and it doesn’t have access to the Shield spell. Also the it can't really use evasion and cunning action without sacrificing damage.

  2. What next levels would you take? I'm leaning towards maxing rogue to leverage the double sneak attack further and get more utility.

  3. Are there any other builds that can actually compete with this level of ranged sustained damage? What about this combination of damage and utility?

Thanks!!!!
