Dear repeaters

Hello friends, Just like many people here I am also a repeater, confused with abundant source and facing tough conditions at home with increasing age and worsening health just like you all. Why I wanted to post this is because most of us are still suffering severe anxiety depression and a sense of doom about how much money we have wasted on numerous sources and coaching. Many of us are one time, 4 and even some are beyond 11 times. I understand what’s this frustration is about, i understand how many of you blame yourself about your fate, i understand you might feel you are left behind and your friends are ahead of you

Dear repeaters these are the thoughts constantly running in your mind. How will pe pass , what if exam comes difficult, what if they change pattern. Let me tell you one thing, same thoughts come to my mind too, same anxiousness haunts me too, i am angry frustrated but you know there is a saying , the harder you hit a flaming steel, the higher quality of sword is forged. We are like this flaming steel , flame is our anger and steel is our will , we have gone through repeated hits from nmc, it dosent mean our steal is breaking, it means its forging into something that will forge into a perfect sword. We gotta hit this steel even harder, whatever is in our lives we gotta sacrifice it so we can hit this steel harder, leave social media the one that makes the steel soft, leave politics that makes this steel soft, leave long chats that makes this steel soft, its about you now, hit this hot steel as hard as possible, let your anger turn into this steel. The blacksmith is you , it’s all on you on how to decide on hitting the steel. The helpers of the blacksmith are your parents and loved ones who will never abandon you , who will always help you, who will always think good about.

Dear repeaters why am i posting this post? It’s because a lot and really a lot are still distracted like what will happen in court case , protest , will we get grace marks , will we get transparency. These are the matters that make your steel soft, why to worry about future when we have to hit the steel in present. This steel has to forged into a sword that we can use to fight this absurdly hard paper set by nmc. All these worries , should not become a part of life, it should be in a space where your conscious doesn’t collied with it. If you cant go to delhi for protest dont feel guilty , not everyone’s condition in their family is good, let the blacksmiths fight their war there and you guys who are far away from there fight your own war. You all gotta remember we gotta forge this sword, this same sword will help us tackle neet pg if never let it rust and take care of it, some of us, the repeaters have gone immense pressure immense torture and immense backlash from society but we are still here strong still back on our desks forging these swords , thats what is important right now.

Dr priyam bhatt sir a well known fmge, he was a repeater like us, multiple attempts and a heart full of anger and frustration, but he became the blacksmith of his journey, he kept on hitting his sword without any worries of the society, he forged his sword and passed and kept this sword in good condition and passed all tests that many fail to do.

Dear repeaters, if you are on multiple attempts at this point forging your sword is more important, there were people who passed in their first go is because they forged their sword to maximum level , we should not envy them but learn from them, how much sacrifice they gave to make this happen, how their consistent hitting of the hot steel lead them to forge this sword to pass this exam. Understand their journey , learn your mistakes. We all will pass this exam but make a promise to yourself that you gotta keep hitting the steel until you are confident enough to use your sword 🗡️ to finally tackle this exam.

ALL THE BEST EVERYONE, WE GOT THIS WE WILL PASS , DON’T LOSE HOPE, NEVER GIVE UP. LETS FORGE OUR SWORDS

Cleared FMGE June 2026 with 165! My journey, mistakes, and what actually worked.

For MCQs and GTs, I mainly used Marrow. I gave a few Arise GTs as well, but Marrow was my primary source.
I didn't follow Arise T&D sessions regularly. Everyone studies differently, so don't be afraid to skip something if it isn't helping you.
I've attached my GT scores and how many times I revised each subject.
One piece of advice I rarely see people give is don't waste time making the "perfect schedule." I've seen people spend hours creating timetables, only to abandon them and make another one.
I kept it simple. I have attached the photo of how I used to mark the chapters i revised and the subject revisions.
I chose Arise online.
I also made a few sacrifices. I barely talked to my friends during those months—not because I didn't want to, but because a 20-minute call would always become a 2-3 hour conversation. I told everyone I'd be back after the exam.
At the same time, I didn't completely stop living. I love movies and TV shows, so I watched them during breaks. Those breaks helped me avoid burnout. The important thing was always getting back to studying afterward.
Most days looked like this:
•Attend live classes.
•Revise the same subject.
•Revise older subjects.
•Solve MCQs.
It wasn't easy, but consistency mattered more than perfection.
By the time our syllabus was finished we only had like a month left, I had already revised many subjects 3-4 times and had given several GTs. My scores weren't amazing, but they kept improving, which gave me confidence.
During the last month, I followed a revision schedule shared by a senior who had already cleared FMGE.
I've attached it as well because it genuinely helped me.
Before every GT, I made one rule:
Trust your first instinct. Of course, if you're 100% sure you've remembered something later, change your answer. But don't change it just because you're overthinking. Most of my changed answers ended up being wrong.
Final Words
If you feel like you wasted your MBBS years because you never used Marrow or another coaching platform, please don't lose hope.
I never watched Marrow during my five years of
MBBS. I mostly studied only before university exams and started serious FMGE preparation just a few months before the exam.
If I could clear it, then you absolutely have a chance too.
Stay consistent, revise as much as you can, solve MCQs, pray, and trust the process.
I hope to see your own "I passed FMGE" post here one day.
Good luck!!!

PS: i forgot to add one photo about the schedule i used in the last month here’s a link please lmk if it doesn’t work.
