It should be about the alternate family that got left behind without the dad and without the dad means no Anne Hathaway. So it would be about the two kids surviving longer in the dinosaur era, and maybe add another neighborhood or town that got teleported too make it interesting and to add more characters maybe an human antagonist and place to get resources. And in the end they find out about portals and jump into one back to their time, this time not before Oak street got teleported to meet their real dad with the og family.

And maybe after finding out that Anne Hathaway called their dad to take him away maybe the kids murder the other family for shock value idk lol

It was alright ig, had a few creepy scenes, but that's about it. None of the jump scares had me except the one where the box fell from the attic, but that's about it. The main reason I watched this film was that it is apparently one of the scariest films of all time, and I see why some people would find it scary, but this film didn't get me as much as I thought it would.

6.59/10 for me because it had a solid creepy vibe to it, and the characters and writing were believable; Glad Ethan Hawke got his family out of there when he realized it's gone too far.

Also I loved that Deputy he was the realest character for me cause fym you moved your family into a house where an entire family similar to yours was murdered and the killer was never caught 🤣

And how the hell did they go from a decent family home in a small town to a whole ass mansion? I thought you were broke and struggling for the next hit?

The design of Mr. Boogie also reminded me of Lobo lol

Overall good horror movie, but didn't really scare me personally.
