Moza R5 Bundle settings for FH6 that worked for me — should translate to R3/R9 or any other DD wheel.
When I first booted FH6 with my R5 Bundle, it was nearly undriveable — couldn't get out of the driveway without spinning, the slightest input sent the car sideways, and bumps from AI would throw me completely off. Felt nothing like what a DD wheel should feel like.
Spent a lot of time going back and forth between PitHouse and FH6's advanced FFB settings until it finally clicked.
Please update Pithouse to 1.3.9 first.
I put the full settings in a video with gameplay across tarmac, dirt, and rally so you can actually see how the wheel responds.

If you're on an R3 or R9 (or any other DD wheel), the Max Output is the main thing to adjust — set it to whatever feels right for your wheelbase's torque range. Alternatively, if you'd rather not touch PitHouse, you can dial the in-game Force Feedback Scale up or down to taste instead.
Still learning myself, but it went from night-and-day compared to out of the box. Hope it helps someone. Also, please let me know how it works for you.
