Hi all. We’re new to the Mini and we live in the Bay Area, the Peninsula more specifically. We tested our filtered water from the fridge and it all seems to be within spec. Is it ok for us to just use the filtered water? I really don’t like the idea of buying Crystal Geyser by the gallon and the environmental impact of that. Would love to hear your thoughts and experience.
We’ve gone through quite the transition: from a Philips super automatic to a Mini/Philos. To call it a learning curve is an understatement. I find myself literally learning from scratch which is part of the fun. So far I’ve made a few milk drinks which is mostly what we drink and it’s gone from undrinkable to looking terrible but drinkable. Still have plenty to learn and love this community.
Does anyone know where we can check out the Mini or Micra in person? It seems like except for the HQ in Seattle, EVERYTHING else is online.

On their site, they sell supposedly mint/like new La Marzocco machines at some very attractive prices. Chances are it’s not legit but wanted to see if anyone has experience. Thanks.
