Bose has basically removed every way to contact them (Europe)

A couple months ago, my Bose QC Ultra earpads started peeling. I called up Bose support at the end of January and they said I would get a replacement free of charge, as I had only owned the headphones for a year and it shouldn't have problems this early from normal wear and tear. I was really happy with this decision and I was excited to get some fresh earpads. This is what I expected after paying for a premium product.

Fast forward a couple months, and I haven't heard from Bose, even though they took my contact information during the first call. I call them up again, and the customer service rep says that it can take a long time until I get them but that the request is in their system and I should get an email soon.

Fast forward to today, Bose has removed their customer service phone number for Europe and I can't contact them in any way to receive the earpads they promised me. If I go through the support website, I just get to a page selling their new products. Not even an AI chatbot to talk to and absolutely no way to come in contact with a human. I will be looking at consumer laws in Sweden because this is simply unacceptable. Absolutely horrible behaviour and Bose should be ashamed of themselves.
