I had a MMC at 10 weeks on 4/22. Had a D&C on 4/27, followed by an infection (endometritis) 2 days later due to RPOC, so I had a 2nd D&C on 4/30.

I decided to follow up with a fertility doctor for basic testing and he did a Saljne Sonogram that found some tissue, that he believed to be more likely scar tissue than more rpoc. My HCG was a 2 on 6/4 after I had my first period on 5/30.

We had my progesterone and estrogen drawn on 6/18 that showed I ovulated. At 5-6 dpo I starting having very very light pink spotting when wiping which I thought was odd but last cycle I did start spotting around 10-11dpo but only for a day or 2 followed by a heavy flow. This time I spotted for 3 or 4 days and today it stopped. I’ve been nauseous at night so I grabbed a test that came back positive.

I want to be excited but I can’t help thinking this is from the previous pregnancy as well as be scared about the tissue still in my uterus causing a possible second miscarriage :( my doctor did say we could try naturally and that if anything the tissue just would prevent me from getting pregnant.

I’m attaching my 2 tests here. The pictures make it harder to see but they are without a doubt 2 lines and definitely pink. I don’t know how to feel after my experience :(
