Reply to refund request ticket and email
Hi!
Anyone has any experience with getting back refund or at least a reply to the request?
Long term short, I didn't use anydesk for over a year and completely forgot to remove the auto renew.
When I got the receipt from the payment I immediately create a request on their website about it. Then, did sent an email a couple of days after. It's been over a week and still no answer.
Do you have any idea how long does it take usualy for them to reply?
