Stations to Research

Hi everyone! I'm currently at the end of my process for Border Patrol, waiting on my background check to be approved. However, I'm curious to know what stations I should research so as long as they're available.

For context, I'm from New York with no ties, single and no kids. I want to get out of this state and go to a southern border station where there's plenty of work and OT where I can quickly learn the job. As well as good pricing on standard cost of living and housing and more of a family life environment.

I've been looking at El Paso and adjoining areas, I remember I selected El Paso and Clint as my preferred stations which I know aren't guaranteed. I did see some other posts claim Santa Teresa is great, but you have to deal with NM taxes and if you commute from Texas, you pay their property taxes as well. Or head to a station in Arizona such as Three Points or Tucson. Etc etc. Or maybe I should be looking further down the border? There's just so many stations I've seen and reviewed so I need to narrow down my list a bit.

Any information will be greatly appreciated. I understand that these are desired locations so spare me the "oh you're so picky" speech. I'm just compiling a list so I can be prepared when the time comes. Feel free to DM me too.
