I’ve posted before.. I had a 5cm herniation (not mm). I’ve mostly recovered (no more pain with sitting to standing) and no more severe spasms.

I also did not get surgery, received a ESI and did pt religiously.

The lateral side of my pinky toe is still numb, curious if anyone else has had lingering numbness despite pain going away?
