Horizontal line Tandem oled

I recently purchased the pg27aqwp-w is it normal to see horizontal lines. I don’t really see it on lighter colors mostly only dark colors. Is it normal?

I was thinking about purchasing my first oled. Is it a bad idea to get the pg27aqwp when I only have a 3060ti.
I mainly just play valorant and avg above 500fps on 1080p with the 3060ti paired with 7800x3d. Recently found out about issues with videos card with 1.2 displayport instead of 2.1, is it a big issue?
