Anyone seen anything like this?
Some guy came up to me at sparch a few years ago and handed me this photocopied page before running away, pretty strange encounter. Just found it again today and it's pretty bizarre

Not sure if it's related to all the random hieroglyphs that another guy has been grafitying around the city
