Has anyone failed the beep test?
Also is this a yearly fitness test? I mean what about the experienced vets, how would the pass fitness at the age of 60?
I'm 48
I,m 6.1 ft and weigh 17st or 107 kilos
I havent had a jog/run for the past 20 year
So the weight is catching on
How much training do I need to last at least a 4 minute run?
Currently Ive only started a 20 min jog as in 60 sec run with a 90 second walk, Ive been doing this for 3 days now and I find it very very hard
I downloaded a run app and it requires me to run non stop for 4 minutes and I'm determined to past the 1st stage
How many 20 mins a run a day do I need in order to last 4 mins?
