My USERTESTING rating went from 5 to 4 and a half overnight, and I haven`t been rated since March, which was 5 stars?
Long story short, I haven`t had a rating since March which was 5 stars. I wake up this morning and my rating went from 5 to 4 and half stars overnight? Any info?
