Explorer 1000 v2 always has to be reset
I have a Jackery Explorer v2 in a shed with no mains power, connected to two solar panels, one on each input. I have the right size connector, but third party.
The last couple of weeks or so, it's been cloudy every day. And every day, the Jackery has failed, giving fault code F1, the AC output doesn't work, and it hasn't been charging at all. So I have to unplug the panels and do a reset.
I think this fault happens when the panels start producing power in the morning, when it will be low and intermittent, because the battery percentage is always the same as when I left it the night before.
After the reset, the Jackery works as intended for the rest of the day, and charges just fine from solar.
What could be the problem, and what would be the solution?
The panels are third party, but less than 200 w each.
