One thing that has been annoying in the game is that currently time warps don't take Abandoned Smelter (surge) or Smelting/Crafting Specialist (chance to double item) into consideration. If you do a warp it will strictly follow the alloy/item production rate on the resource detail panel instead of the actual rate from all sources.

For example, if you have a planet with lead on the abandoned smelter surge, you don't really need to produce lead bar and you can go straight to produce iron and steel bar if the consume rate of lead bar from making steel is smaller than the lead bar surge yield rate. But if you do a time warp you will have like 0 steel bar produced because you are not producing lead bar in your smelters.

Same thing for the 10% double production chance. If you barely see an increasing amount of lead bar being produced due to the extra double alloys, after a warp you will have 0 lead bar because the original smelter production rate is lower than the consume rate.

I just think an update to the time warp logic can improve galaxy performance with this surge active, or maybe update the production rate displayed on the recourse detail panel to the actual rate from all sources
