Joycult independent trucks problem!!! Help!!
I’ve recently bought a pair of these trucks.
I’m the type to buy a set up and use it for years until it’s completely falling apart before I replace it.
I grinded a pair of dynamics to the axel and they were no longer useable so I pulled the trigger on a pair of jindys.
I had bought them with the intention of using them everyday as mains because I only use 1 set up at a time.
Right away I noticed that one of the lock nuts wasn’t locking so I emailed joycult right away about it.
A few weeks went by with no answer so I emailed again.
No answer.
The problem kept getting worse.
Yesterday I was outdoors fingerboarding with a homie in public when I did a trick and the lock nut flew off along with the top bushing.
I looked on the ground forever but I couldn’t find them.
So I emailed again.
I cant believe how expensive these trucks are.
They should be top quality for that price.
Now I have an unusable expensive pair of jindys and no other way of fiingerboarding without spending more money.
I wasn’t planning on replacing these trucks for a year or longer.
What the hell joycult???
Answer my emails please or send some replacement lock nuts and bushings.
I don’t want to buy a new pair of trucks because these jindys are brand new.
Btw, they perform really well and the bushings are fire.
Please make this right joycult.
I’m super bummed out about this.
I read all the reviews on Reddit and I thought that maybe the folks with no complaints didn’t post anything and only the people who had complaints posted about them, but now I’m starting to understand that these complaints are legitimate.
