Has anyone else encountered this issue?
I’ve always used the myIBP app to register and purchase tickets for seminars and Regional Conventions without any problems. However, for the upcoming 21st National Convention in Iloilo, ticket purchases can only be made through the IBP website, which requires logging in using the same myIBP credentials.
The problem is that I can’t log in. The website keeps saying that my Roll Number and password do not match, even though I’m using the same credentials that work on the myIBP app.
I’ve already emailed the IBP IT Department, but I haven’t received any response.
I’m getting worried because NatCon tickets are selling out incredibly fast. There were only around 300+ tickets left, and it’s been less than 24 hours since ticket sales opened.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Were you able to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
