Anyone else feel reps are still mostly on their own during live calls..?
Every company seems to have tools for recordings, summaries, dashboards, coaching, etc.
But during the actual call itself, reps still have to think on the spot, handle objections, remember context, and keep the conversation moving.
Curious if others here feel the same or if your current setup already solves this well enough?
Especially for discovery/demo calls.
