here’s progress from siroskin I got off of IndiaMart I have hovered around this forum for a few years now and struggled pretty badly with KPRF I’ve done everything from compounded Sirolimus to Vbeam laser nothing has showed me consistent results like the siro skin gel has the compounded sirolimus showed some help for a bit but I think once I got a new prescription it wasn’t properly compounded leading to very inconsistent results vbeam showed signs of helping for about a week and then skin returned to inflamed state. I have not had a severe flush starting it and acne showed up for the first week and has been fine since really happy with the reduction in redness, texture, and the overall calmness feeling of my skin
