Potential drainage issues and concrete patio

We're having a concrete patio poured and I didn't really think about or notice how it would affect the way the yard drains. Both companies we had come out didn't mention anything either. My concern is the corner of the patio will creat a barrier for water to pool and sit. White flags mark where the planned patio will land. Tried to draw where the water flows but the pics may not show well.
We're scheduled for next Tuesday so wanted to see what solutions are out there.
Can a low profile drain be laid in the direction of flow and concrete poured over it? Do we need to trench and put in a catch basin out to the back of the yard? Do we just make the patio a bit smaller and avoid the extra work?
