Game stutters for the first hour of playtime
My game stutters terribly (freezes for a few secends every few seconds without a pattern) for the first hour of playtime and I have no idea what causes that. After a little over one hour the stutters just disappear completely. Anyone has any idea what causes that or a fix or at least had similar issue?
Stutters started around cycle 1700 I think but i never had issues with them before even on higher cycles?
I doubt the hardware is at fault here, the PC is decent and there's no issues at all in any other game or program.
Things I tried so far:
Loaded other save files with as low as 200 cycles, same issue.
Tried switching off all mods, no change.
Tried playing vanilla with no dlc, no change.
Figured maybe my CPU is faulty so I ran microsofts health check program thing and its all ok.
Tried running ONI only on specific cores since afaik it uses only two CPU cores, but no change (except the game runs at lower fps when running on only two cores lol)
Tried running the game on windows 11 and linux, (dual boot, different SSDs, so SSD is fine too), no change.
I'm out of ideas what else I might try. plz help :(
