Hello! I’m planning to view some units in BGC/Taguig (to rent) and wanted to ask if anyone has insights or experience with these buildings:
• Forbeswood Heights
• Acacia Estates – The Birchwood
• Avida Turf
I wanted to know more about their package handling setup, like if they accept deliveries, have a concierge or holding area for parcels, etc.
Also wanted to check if there are any known issues or rules regarding waste management, pests/cockroaches, admin strictness, or anything else worth knowing before viewing.
