Biggest weasel character ever in a movie?

This has to be my pick- Albert Nimziki from Independence Day. The totally clueless and annoying Secretary of Defense who didn’t tell the President about Area 51. Who is your pick?

Is it time for studios to re-examine saving all the big releases for Summer and End of Year?

We’ve seen a lot of movies underperforming this summer already. Masters of the Universe being a perfect example. I just wonder if the idea of releasing all the big films in summer and end of year when there’s a new blockbuster each week has become outdated. Why not space them out a bit? I think that would help some movies do better.
