I am planning to resign from Novo and move to the UAE. I know I have a one-month notice period, and I also have 19 vacation days remaining.

What will happen to these vacation days? Am I allowed to take them, or will I get paid for them?

I have a loop interview for a lower-level role ( confirmed loop) , and I have one more loop for a senior-level role scheduled ( pending to be scheduled) .

I know that I can only hold the lower-level offer for three days.

But I really want to try for the senior-level role and give it my best shot.

I’m in a dilemma now.
